Seville Quarter and the Blues Society of Northwest Florida are bringing the “Blues” back to the Seville Quarter Entertainment District in Downtown Pensacola. Starting January 11 & 12 and continuing every Monday night in Lili Marlene’s, great live Blues music is back!

The Blues Society Northwest Florida has been around since 1996 and supports the International Blues Foundation and participates in the International Blues Challenge, Memphis TN. Dedicated to promoting the local Blues scene in our little corner of the world, Seville Quarter and the Blues Society will provide an intimate venue for the preservation, promotion and enhancement of one of America’s indigenous musical traditions. Blues Music is unique, in its cultural diversity covering, Mississippi Delta, New Orleans, Chicago, Kansas City, east coast/west coast Carolina and Florida Blues. Together, Seville Quarter and the Blues Society will create a great jam session and memorable performances of the Blues.

The Blues experience will kick off on Friday, January 11 with Jeff Glickman, Blues Injectors, and Jamie Eubanks Band. Saturday, January 12 we have Reddog and Friends, Blues Injectors, Dizzy Jukes, and Jamie Eubanks Band. Mike Bounds, President of the Blue Society of Northwest Florida says ”These Blues Artist should give everyone a good feel for what the Blues Society of Northwest Florida will have in store for them when “Blue Mondays Open Jam” comes back Monday at Seville starting on January 14”. For the Blues aficionados, Blue Mondays at Seville Quarter will have that Beale Street, Backstage pass feel with great live Blues Music from some of the nation’s best musicians.

The Blues Society of Northwest Florida Presents Monday Blues Open Jam in a “Smoke Free” atmosphere with great food and drink specials starting at 8pm each and every Monday.
