Bourbon, Beer, Barbecue and Bluegrass (b4): 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Seville Quarter is presenting Beer, Bourbon, Barbecue & Bluegrass (b4) in the Apple Annie's and the End O' the Alley courtyards. Guests will get to sample over 50 small batch bourbons, including Noah's Mill, Angel's Envy, Blanton's and Hudson. Seville Quarter executive chef Brandon Melton will barbecue Louisiana oysters to go along with different cuts of pork, from Hogshead to Hoof, accompanied with his special bourbon barbecue sauce. $25.
