Next to Apple Annie's is the Palace Oyster Bar.  The featured food item is oysters on the half shell, but the full lunch and dinner menus, served  from 11:00 A.M., spotlight seafood, sandwiches, and Pensacola specialties, particularly favorite recipes of the Mitchell family and their friends.

The French doors in the Palace Oyster bar are from the old Italian Hall in New Orleans.  The bar and back bar date between 1810 and 1820 from the Palace Hotel which is said to have had the first liquor license in the state of Florida.

The stools are from the Wisteria Cafeteria and date from 1870.  The floor tile is from Mexico.
