To the west of Apple Annie's the west alleyway entrance to Seville Quarter is framed by iron gates from the old Governor's Mansion in New Orleans.  (We have more of New Orleans here than they do.)  Down the alleyway at the front of the complex is the entrance to Phineas Phogg's Balloon Works.

     Phineas is for the young at heart featuring high energy dance music.  The focal point of the room is the giant brass sailing balloon made by craftsmen at Bob Snow's Orlando creation, Church Street Station.

     All of the brick flooring came from the old Isis Theatre in Pensacola and the DJ's booth was once a pulpit in London.
